Terms and Conditions
- NEW CLIENTS: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class to get introduced to the Megaformer.
- Grip Socks are required and available for purchase at Loom by Lagree.
- Late arrivals have a 5-minute grace period. Will not be permitted to attend the class. No exceptions.
- Cancellation policy: 12 hours before start of your class (all cancellations must be done online through your account on mind-body)
- Late Cancel Fee: one class is deducted
- Member No-Show Fee: A fee of $25 will be charged for failing to attend a scheduled class.
- Intro Members are available once per client.
- Unlimited Memberships are limited to 1 class per day.
- All sales are final and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
- Classes must be prepaid. We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and AMEX
- Instructors and classes are subject to change without a notice. Credits will not be offered for instructor substitutions.
- Member Late Cancellation fee: A fee of $15 will be charged for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class time.
- All Class Pack Holders (including any class cards, single classes, new client limited class specials, etc.) will incur a loss of class credit for missed or late canceled class.
- LOOM by Lagree is not responsible for any bank overdraft fees that may occur from late fees.
- Single Class Packages do not expire.
- Children who are not taking class are not permitted to accompany parents to class.
- If you are on a waitlist and spot opens up 12 hours before class you will automatically be added to that class. You will receive an email confirmation if you are subscribed to receive email notifications.
