Billing Frequency 30 days. Commitment 90 days.  0 Guest per billing interval.  This Is not a month to month package.  This is a 3 month commitment. The payment is every 30 days.  Monthly payments cannot be held, frozen, or rolled over.   Monthly packages and unused classes are non refundable.  We do not roll over any unused classes.  

Our Auto-pay memberships are eligible for one free two-week  vacation hold per 90 days.   There is a $25 no-show fee.  The membership and fees are Nonrefundable and all sales are Final.  We do not Roll over and you have no guest allowance-one reservation per day.  The monthly membership is one class per day.  If you want to switch to a different class in the same day, the $20 late fee will be applied for switching.

We offer a 12 hour cancellation period.  If you know you won’t be able to make it to class, simply log in to your account and cancel your reservation free prior to 12 hours of your class time.  “Late Cancel” is cancelling a class less than 12 hours in advance of the class you cannot attend. “No Show” is failing to attend any reserved class and failing to cancel ahead of time.

We enforce this policy to ensure all clients have a fair opportunity to reserve a class.  Please DO NOT CALL to cancel or reschedule your class.  All cancellations must be done online through your account.  this helps prevent any miscommunication or missed calls/messages.  We appreciate your cooperation and understanding.   For our members on any class package or membership that is NOT unlimited:  LATE CANCEL One class is deducted; NO SHOW One class credit is deducted and $15 fee applies.  For the “Unlimited” Monthly members: each LATE CANCEL will incur a $15 fee; each NO SHOW will incur a $25 fee.  By purchasing and booking with LOOM By Lagree Studios you agree to the terms of our Client Agreement and Liability Waiver
