Grip Socks

• Grip socks are mandatory.
• Regular socks with no grips are not allowed.
• Grip socks are available for purchase at LOOM by Lagree studio.

Arriving to Class

• New Clients: Please arrive 10 minutes before the class starts to ensure you receive your introduction to the Megaformer. If you arrive after the class has started, we cannot allow entry. This policy is in place to prioritize your safety and ensure you understand the equipment before the class begins.
• All Other Clients: If you are not present at the start of your reserved class, your spot will be offered to a client on the waitlist. If no one is on the waitlist, you can still attend, but there is a 5-minute grace period. To maintain the integrity of the class and respect for others, please ensure you arrive on time. After the 5-minute cutoff, you will be late-cancelled from the class. No exceptions.

Cancellation Policy

Our classes are limited. We require a 12-hour cancellation notice. That means you can cancel up to 12 hours before class start time, and the class will be credited back to your account for future use. If you need to cancel within 12 hours of the class start time, you will lose that class. No exceptions.

Please note that when you purchase classes you are paying for a class and not an instructor. Instructors are subject to change without notice, and class schedules may be subject to change without notice. We are sorry, but we do not offer refunds. Please Note LOOM by Lagree is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. LOOM by Lagree reserves the right to refuse business. Please no cell phones while class is in session!
